This application is developed for the purpose of monitoring and tracking student enrollment progress. To access and use the services of the application, users may be required to register and provide a username and password intended solely for authentication within this application.

The application does not request passwords associated with other systems, email accounts, banking platforms, social media accounts, or third-party services. Users are strongly advised not to reuse passwords from other applications or personal accounts.

Information collected through the application shall be used exclusively for legitimate academic and administrative purposes related to enrollment progress monitoring. Access to collected information shall be limited only to authorized personnel and system administrators who require such access in the performance of their duties.

Reasonable organizational, physical, and technical security measures are implemented to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
